We realize that we are asking a good number of you to travel across the country to the most expensive city in the world on very short notice, just so you can eat ribs with us. With that in mind we're asking you to spend your money on coming to see us--even if you're only coming from Brooklyn--and not on presents.

Our selfless, loving reason for this is that we are incredibly lucky in our friends and family and your collective willingness to roll with this (let's be honest, kind of abrupt) decision, and would rather see your faces than all the Mixmasters in the world.



Our selfish, calculating reason is that we've been living together for two years in a New York apartment (read: small), are at this point fully furnished, and don't need--or have much room for--any more stuff. 



If that didn't dissuade you and you would still like to give us a gift, we would ask that you please donate to the Boston Children's Hospital, an organization that is significant for us.
